Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participants may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Refund requests made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled programme date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before the programme commencement date.
However, registration may be transferred to another eligible participant upon written request.
GSEI reserves the right to reschedule the programme in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered transfer to the next available session.
